I. Job Description at VLG

• Edit, cut, and process videos according to campaign requirements.
• Create effects, motion graphics, captions, and audio to make videos more engaging and viral.
• Collaborate with the Content/Ads team to ensure videos highlight product benefits, drive purchases, and serve campaign objectives (advertising, reviews, seeding, livestream cuts…).
• Ensure production timeline and brand-consistent visual quality.
• Research and update new trends and advertising formats to optimize effectiveness.
• Manage and store video data in a systematic and searchable way.

II. We are looking for

• Male/Female, aged 20–28.
• Proficient in video editing software (Capcut Pro, Adobe Premiere…).
• Strong visual sense and aesthetic taste, with a good eye for trends.
• Preferred: experience in editing e-commerce videos (TikTok Shop, Shopee, Lazada…) or having worked in an Ecom/Agency team.
• Agile, able to work under tight deadlines.

III. Business model & working environment

• Performance measured by: views – retention rate – CTR – conversion rate.
• Directly involved in executing campaigns for international brands: cosmetics, healthcare, smart toys for kids…
• Work in a specialized team model, collaborating with Media, Content, KOLs, Designers, and Performance Ads.
