I. Your responsibilities at VLG

• Execute and develop business strategies in the U.S. market, focusing on scaling operations and sustaining long-term growth.
• Manage, design, and continuously optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Amazon, etc.) to drive exceptional revenue.
• Take full ownership of budget control, profitability, and project performance to ensure stable and effective growth.
• Lead, recruit, and train the Marketing team in Vietnam, building a creative, professional, and highly motivated workforce.
• Integrate multiple sales channels—Paid Ads, KOLs, E-commerce platforms—to strengthen brand presence and expand market share.
• Proactively adopt AI and automation solutions (CDP, fulfillment, content, etc.) to boost productivity, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.

II. We are looking for:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in E-commerce and Digital Marketing, with direct involvement in managing or developing real-world projects.
• Strong advantage if you have scaled a project from zero to $1M+ in revenue.
• In-depth knowledge of Performance Marketing and E-commerce trends, with proficiency across platforms such as Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Google, Amazon, and Shopify.
• Hands-on experience in the U.S. or Southeast Asian markets, with strong understanding of consumer behavior and preferences.
• Preference for candidates with experience in highly competitive, fast-paced industries such as cosmetics or home appliances.

III. Working time & location:

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday morning.
• Day shift: 8:00 – 17:30 (90-minute lunch break).
• Location: 183 Nguyen Thi Nhung, Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh Ward, HCMC.
