I. Your responsibilities at VLG

• Develop comprehensive Marketing strategies for brands and projects, with long-term direction to create a sustainable competitive advantage.
• Proactively collaborate with Content, Digital, and Media teams to execute communication activities in a consistent, effective, and creative way.
• Closely monitor performance metrics (KPIs), analyze data, and propose improvement solutions to optimize cost and maximize ROI.
• Ensure every plan is executed on time – within budget – and aligned with objectives, delivering breakthrough results.
• Lead, coach, and inspire the Marketing team, fostering skill growth and strategic thinking across members.
• Provide regular reports and strategic recommendations to enhance the overall efficiency of Marketing activities.

II. We are looking for

• Minimum 1 year of experience in leading a Marketing team, preferably with a background in E-commerce or Digital-first businesses.
• Strong expertise in managing and executing integrated multi-channel campaigns (paid media, content, media buying, etc.) with creative thinking and an optimization mindset.
• Deep understanding of market trends and consumer behavior, with the ability to turn insights into breakthrough ideas.
• Solid hands-on skills in Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, and proficiency with tracking & optimization tools.
• Strategic mindset – leadership ability – inspirational presence – with the capacity to make swift, effective decisions.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Camtasia, Excel, and PowerPoint is a strong advantage to support execution.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively online in a fast-paced environment.

III. Working time & location

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday morning.
• Day shift: 8:00 – 17:30 (90-minute lunch break).
• Location: 183 Nguyen Thi Nhung, Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh Ward, HCMC.
