I. Your responsibilities at VLG

• Directly consult and take care of customers via Fanpage (with available customer data), ensuring a professional service experience.
• Close orders and coordinate by conveying information to relevant departments, ensuring smooth operational flow.
• Monitor the processing and delivery progress, track operational metrics, promptly report, and propose improvements.
• Manage shift schedules, assign tasks, and support the team in achieving common KPIs.
• Provide orientation, motivate team spirit, and build a positive teamwork environment.

II. We are looking for

• Female, 20–30 years old, ready to start immediately.
• College/University graduate; majors in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields are preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in online consulting/sales, with experience in team management or team support.
• Possess leadership qualities: able to assign tasks, supervise performance, and motivate employees.
• Professional, proactive, honest, and able to work under KPI pressure.
• Proficient in office IT, with a personal laptop.

III. Working time & location

• Schedule: Monday – Saturday morning.
• Day shift: 8:00 – 17:30 (90-minute lunch break).
• Location: 183 Nguyen Thi Nhung, Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh Ward, HCMC .
