I. Your Responsibilities at VLG

• Engage and provide online consultation for both new and existing customers about VLG’s products.
• Support customers by answering questions and guiding them to use products effectively.
• Contribute to building long-term relationships while maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
• Receive and handle feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with procedures related to product warranty policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

II. We Are Looking For

• Aged 18–30, available to start immediately.
• At least a high school graduate
• At least 2 months of experience in consulting or customer service.
• Honest, professional, and proactive in work.
• Own a personal laptop for daily work use.

III. Working Time & Location

• Working hours: 8:00 PM – 7:00 AM (3-hour break during shift).
• 1 day off per week.
• Location: 183 Nguyen Thi Nhung Street, Van Phuc City, Hiep Binh Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
