I. Your Responsibilities at VLG

• Engage and provide online consultation for both new and existing customers about Vela’s products.
• Support customers by answering questions and guiding them to use products effectively.
• Contribute to building long-term relationships while maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
• Receive and handle feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
• Assist with procedures related to product warranty policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as requested by management.

II. What We’re Looking For

• Female candidates, aged 20–30, available to start immediately.
• College or University graduates.
• At least 6 months of experience in consulting or customer service.
• Honest, professional, and proactive in work.
• Own a personal laptop for daily work use.

III. Working Time & Location

• Work from Monday to Saturday morning.
• Day shift: 8:00 AM – 5:30 PM (90-minute lunch break).
• Location: 183 Nguyễn Thị Nhung, Vạn Phúc City, Hiệp Bình Ward, Ho Chi Minh City.
