I. Your Job at VLG

• Participate in Facebook Ads campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.

• Analyze customer insights in markets such as the US, Southeast Asia, the Middle East… and optimize each campaign.

• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize performance metrics: CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, ROI…

• Coordinate with the Marketing team to build creative campaigns tailored to each product category.

• Continuously update Digital Marketing trends, customer behaviors, and propose practical applications.

• Train and evaluate campaign effectiveness based on performance metrics.

II. Candidate Requirements

• No experience required.

• Currently studying or graduated from College/University (preferably in Marketing, Economics, Communication, or E-commerce).

• Passionate about Marketing, especially Digital Performance Marketing.

• Willingness to learn, able to work under pressure, and ready to take on challenges.

• Strong analytical thinking to interpret data and optimize campaigns for maximum efficiency.

• Creative mindset, open to testing new marketing strategies.

• Proactive in learning and applying new technologies: AI tools, tracking tools, Meta updates.

III. Business Model & Working Environment

• Performance measured by: Revenue – % Ad Cost/Revenue.

• Directly participate in deploying international brands with long-term strategies across various industries: cosmetics, healthcare, smart toys for children, etc.

• Work in specialized teams, collaborating across departments: Media, Content, KOL, Video Editors, Designers, etc.
