I. Your Work at VLG

• Execute Facebook Ads campaigns to attract customers and increase sales.
• Analyze customer insights in markets such as the US, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East to optimize each campaign.
• Monitor, evaluate, and optimize performance metrics : CPC, CPM, CTR, ROAS, ROI.
• Collaborate with the Marketing team to build creative campaigns tailored to each product category.
• Continuously update Digital Marketing trends, customer behaviors, and propose practical applications.
• Prepare periodic reports and support in explaining campaign results to clients/partners.

II. What We Are Looking For

• Male/Female, aged 22–30 .
• Less than 2 years of experience running conversion Ads; international campaign experience is a plus .
• Basic understanding of tracking & user behavior .
• Analytical mindset with the ability to optimize campaigns based on data.
• Creative spirit , eager to learn and experiment with new strategies.
• Basic skills in tools: Canva, CapCut, Photoshop .
• Proactive in learning and applying AI tools, tracking tools, Meta updates .

• Performance is measured by: Revenue – % Ads cost/Revenue .
• Direct involvement with international brands in cosmetics, healthcare, smart toys for kids…
• Specialized team model with cross-department collaboration: Media, Content, KOLs, Video Editors, Designers.
