1. Job description:

**Bill of lading management:

- Summarize closed sales orders, push data to the shipping unit dashboard (eg: J&T Middle East, Weship,...)

- Track order status, collect bill of lading codes from shipping partners and update to the order management system

- Coordinate with Marketing and Sales departments to handle incidents related to orders: missing items, wrong address, order cancellation,...

**Warehouse import and export management:

- Support updating new product categories and information on the system

- Enter goods when new goods arrive in the warehouse and periodically check inventory

- Work with the warehouse department to ensure that the export of goods complies with the process and committed time.

** Search for sources of goods and distribute Product analysis:

- Analyze sales data to propose a product portfolio suitable for the characteristics of the Middle East market

- Research, contact and quote with potential suppliers to ensure stable supply and competitive prices

**Monitoring and reporting:

- Prepare periodic reports on operational status: warehouse output, inventory, delivery,...

- Propose improvements and optimize processes to improve efficiency and service quality

** Other tasks:

- Other tasks as assigned by superiors.

2. Requirements:

- Education level: University degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain or other fields related to Economics.

- Basic understanding of culture, consumer habits and commercial activities in the Middle East market

- Personality: meticulous, careful

3. Skills:

- Communicate in English (fairly)

- Proficient in Excel, order management software (CRM, Pancake, POScake)

- Ability to multitask, withstand pressure, flexible, sharp thinking, careful

4. Working time and location:

- Monday-Friday (8-17:30), Saturday morning work online
