JOB DESCRIPTION
Engage and provide online consultation for both new and existing customers about VLG’s products.
Support customers by answering questions and guiding them to use products effectively.
Contribute to building long-term relationships while maintaining customer satisfaction and trust.
Receive and handle feedback or complaints promptly and professionally.
Assist with procedures related to product warranty policies, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Prepare periodic or ad-hoc reports as requested by management.
At least 2 months of experience in consulting or customer service.
Proficient in tracking and monitoring orders on the system.
Experience working with U.S. or Southeast Asian markets, with strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer insights.
Honest, professional, and proactive in work.
Background in cosmetics, home appliances, or other highly competitive, fast-changing industries is preferred. Strong leadership, coordination, and motivational skills. Solid understanding of P&L (Profit & Loss) and budget management. Willingness to experiment with new models
