Plan, execute, and optimize advertising campaigns on TikTok Ads.
Analyze customer insights and select appropriate target audiences for each campaign.
Write ad copy and collaborate with the Content/Design team to produce suitable videos and visuals.
Monitor, measure, and report advertising performance on a daily/weekly/monthly basis (CPC, CPM, CTR, CR, etc.).
Propose budget optimization strategies to increase conversion rates and reduce advertising costs.
Quickly capture TikTok trends, popular hashtags, and stay updated with TikTok Ads policies.
Minimum 6 months of experience running conversion-focused ads.
Experience handling large budgets with strong knowledge of tracking and user behavior.
Experience working with U.S. or Southeast Asian markets, with strong understanding of consumer behavior and customer insights.
Proficient in reading and analyzing advertising data, with the ability to extract actionable insights.
Basic skills in supportive tools such as Canva, CapCut, and Photoshop.
