JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and define the overall marketing strategy for the brand and projects, focusing on long-term vision and sustainable competitive advatages.
Closely monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs), leveraging data to propose improvement solutions, optimize cost, and enhance investment effciency.
Lead, coach, and inspire the Marketing team to develop their capabilities, skills and strategic thinking.
Provide regular reports and propose breakthrough stategic initiatives to enhance the performance and overall effectiveness of marketing operations.
Proficient in managing and executing integrated multi-channel marketing campaigns (paid media, content, media buying, etc.) with creative thinking and strong optimization skills.
Possess strategic thinking, leadership ability, and the capacity to inspire and make quick decisions under high-pressure situations.
Solid skills in Facebook Ads, Tiktok Ads, and in using analytical, measurement, and campain optimization tools.
