JOB DESCRIPTION

Implement and develop business strategies for the U.S. market with a focus on scaling operations and sustaining long-term growth.

Manage, design, and continuously optimize multi-channel advertising campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, Google, Amazon, etc.) to achieve outstanding revenue performance.

Oversee budgets, profitability, and project operations to ensure stable and effective growth.

Lead, recruit, and train a marketing team in Vietnam, building a creative, professional, and passionate workforce.

Integrate multiple sales channels—Paid Ads, KOLs, E-commerce platforms—to strengthen brand presence and expand market share.

Proactively apply AI and automation solutions (CDP, fulfillment, content creation, etc.) to enhance productivity, reduce costs, and maximize profitability.
